THE SCOTT HOUSES

Designed and built by an Australian architect, this iconic two bedroom villa embodies the modernist principles for which it was featured in several architectural magazines and is now regarded as a landmark in Accra.
Located in Ridge, the property consists of two houses:
The original house is formed of two simple parts: a narrow upper volume, flanked by louvred terraces and an expansive base, designed for hosting the events and discussions that have filled the house since it was built in the 60s. With its unique design, the house features an open-plan living and dining area overlooking the lush garden, a fully fitted kitchen, two bedrooms with washrooms, a powder room and an enclosed porch surrounded by the beautiful garden.
In addition, a fully detached four bedroom house was built more recently and this features a spacious living area, a fully fitted kitchen with adjacent dining room, a beautiful louvred terrace, and en-suite bedrooms. Tucked away in the back are the maid's quarters.
The two properties overlook a well tended garden with a beautiful centennial tree in the center of the garden.
Walled and gated with a security house, driveway and covered parking.
This prestigious property is a rental opportunity not to be missed!
